Its existing roof — a modified bitumen system installed directly onto plywood decking — was failing and in need of full replacement. Given its high-traffic use, the client needed a solution that delivered watertight performance, improved energy efficiency, and minimal disruption during installation.

- Installation of top-side ISO insulation board to improve thermal performance
- Heat-welded 60 mil TPO membrane, fully adhered for superior waterproofing
- Robotic and handheld seam welding for precision and long-term durability
- Custom flashing and perimeter finishing for complete system protection
- Manufacturer Certificate of Warranty issued post-completion
