The Cortez Golf Center serves as a key recreational facility for the Hot Springs Village POA. Its existing roof — a modified bitumen system installed directly onto plywood decking — was failing and in need of full replacement. Given its high-traffic use, the client needed a solution that delivered watertight performance, improved energy efficiency, and minimal disruption during installation.
